I just take what I can afford to lose and call it entertainment. You are probably not going to win any money here.
The gift shop is boring and has nothing of any interest for me. They also show major sports events on a giant screen during times when a band is not performing. The bandstand and main bar is right in the center of the building and open so that you can play machines and still enjoy the band at the same time or easily move into the dancing area. Get your money before you arrive as the atm is $2.75 per transaction. We receive rewards play coupons each month - the more you play, the more they give you. The casino and the parking seem quite safe to me and I have never witnessed any disturbance during a visit. There is a sports bar in the casino and a bar that has live entertainment on some evenings. The Visions Buffet is the best casino buffet in town. There are several drink stations where you can help yourself to soda, coffee, hot chocolate and tea. There are around 2600 machines, roullette, poker and blackjack. The slot machines are newer and of a better variety than those we have seen in casinos in KC, St. My wife and I normally play the slot machines. We have visited many casinos (though not Vegas or Atlantic City yet), and quite frankly, I prefer River Spirit over those in other states. My wife and I live in the Tulsa area and we frequent the River Spirit Casino operated by the Creek Nation.
